Our business terms are exclusive. Any conditions specified by the customer shall be deemed invalid and void.
All major customising work is undertaken at Warneke & Faust GmbH in Germany. Bikes are transported in Venom Cycles own purpose-built vehicle and are comprehensively protected by a specialist insurance cover.
A deposit of 50% is required with written confirmation of order. Once a date is booked to have the work carried out, the balance is payable. Single components are delivered against pre-payment (plus packaging/delivery) by cheque made out to Venom Cycles.
We reserve ownership of all items in any delivery until we have received all payments arising from the contract.
The conversion work carried out by or through Venom Cycles has a twelve months warranty. No warranty is given on aluminium and chromed products. New converted Harley-Davidson motorcycles supplied by or through Venom Cycles, carry a twelve months warranty. All maintenance procedures prescribed by Harley-Davidson (Owner`s Manual), Warneke & Faust or other manufacturers must be implemented. Service information will be supplied with the motorcycle. Any damage which results from nonperformance of the checks will void any guarantee entitlements and claims against Venom Cycles, both with respect to the parts themselves as well as subsequent damages to other components.
